ADDITIONAL INFO: Po's skin is very thin, allowing an amazing degree of sensitivity to temperature, pressure, vibration, etc. Her integumentary system (skin) is one large sense organ in itself. Consequently, it is very thin, which is why her vascular network (veins) are clearly visible.

The tentacles protruding from her shoulders and the end of her tail are very muscular and capable of complex manual functions, but they are predominantly used as olfactory organs, as they are slightly oily and sensitive to chemical stimuli. They can also be extended quite a distance in order to assist Po in groping about her physical environment when all of her other senses do not suffice. They can be fully retracted for protection, but are usually partially extended as shown.

Males of this species have unusually enormous and elaborate horns.
