In a danny vs Jenny fight, I actually see jenny winning. Yeah I know DANNY CAN become intangible but he cant hurt her like that. Additionally, he has to become a person at some point, he cant be ghost mode forever. Jenny will out stamina that form of his, and in general she is much faster and stronger. Even if she cant whip out a ghost hurting laser, she'll keep fighting him and eventually realize he turned into a normal person, in which case she wouldnt Kill him, but she can "knock him out" thus, being the victor.
