Katya and Emma are Synchronized swimmers. Katya said she needed a little help on her oversplits and Emma is there to help her.

Awesome! Please make Katya doing oversplits on the pool boards and holding Katya body-weight on her glutes as a good exercice to improve her deep oversplits!

I mean that pool boards can be used for overplits stretching (as chairs). Katya will do her suspended splits between these boards and Emma can push on Katya's thighs and hips to make her going down in deep oversplits.

After that Emma can sit on Katya's hips and use the whole body-weight to push Katya's pelvis further down in extremely deep oversplits.

If I'm reading the pose properly, she's already in 270 degrees splits which is quite impressive. Awesome swim suit as well!
