Finally, a decent golden sun fanart!This was originally a doodle to motivate the Isaac Fan Thread on GAIA, but came out as a full shade picture. o__o;
On the bottom is Isaac, the main protagonist of Golden Sun, to the upper left, is Ivan, the Wind Adept, he is quite useful, his mind read ability is quite addictive.
Garet, the fire adept, he's really funny, Mia, the water adept, whose healing strength was beloved throughout the whole game.
The people at the gate is Isaac's parents, and the waaay upper left is Jenna and Felix, Isaac's childhood friends.
In this picture, I gave Isaac a pose that assumes/matches his role as a leader and a "lord", the final class he can get to in the first game.
The rose represents his influence on people, countless, spreading... And I made Ivan hold one, since he seems to appreciate Isaac's leadership the most.
The mist was supposed to give an illusion sort of feeling, and I think it came out well, and I did some drawing of Vale on the bottom.
I tried to give this a sad homesick sort of feeling, as Isaac is torn from him home to save the world, and ever since I found the meaning of "Vale", I've always wanted to draw a melancholic picture of Golden Sun.
Vale means "Farewell" in Latin, the final words said to him as he left his hometown in order to save the world.

I think so! It's hella long, but SO GOOD. You can't really compare the two since it's a direct sequel, and it shows you the true story. It's so good flksjsd PLAY IT. NOW.

*has not blinked for a whole fifteen minutes* Okay so I have blinked but words cannot describe just how awesome this really is. XD I especially love Isaac's pose; that is EXACTLY what I wanted to see, him putting that sword in the ground, having that determined look to save the world. You depicted all the characters amazingly in this.
Just for the record, I fought a friend who hacked his GS:TLA file, having everything in their file, characters all lv. 70+ and guess what? With my lv. 55-60+ characters...I still won. Okay so I entered the battle with all my Djinn on standby...OVERKILL! XD Oh that and the oh-so mighty Sol Blade, bow down to it! Yeah, so the moral of the story, kids: Play the game for god's sakes! XD Mmm...me feels like picking the DS up and playing GS on it again...now.

I spent 39 hours on Golden Sun the lost age, I would've done all the side quests and shiz, but I forgot to transfer the file. Doom dragon was TOO easy. O_O;;;

I'm making one where it continues, as Alex survives the fall, and he's out for revenge against Isaac, and trying to find a way to get the golden sun's powers. My friend already came up with parodies. I laughed so hard. o_o

No, I've got a workload to do,
I got commisioned book illustrations, so I have to work on that first.
It's where Alex comes back for revenge, and Ivan had a dream about it, and decided to stay in Vale for a while.
But when Alex attacks, Ivan gets caught in the battle, and Isaac gets taken away by Alex because he pushes Ivan out of the way.
Then Ivan is the new leader, while Alex tries to find a way to receive Isaac's powers.
It's mostly Action/Adventure, but knowing myself, I'm BOUND to put some crazy humor into it.

Well, it kinda show how Ivan "grows up" trying to fill in Isaac's shoes as the leader role,
but that's not the whole story, they get back together, trying to defeat Alex.
He DID get a lot of power, as you remember. ^^
Like I have friends helping me with the humor, for example:
Ivan: Isaac! No! He's gone!
(Isaac's scarf is on the ground)
Ivan: ...Isaac's scarf!
(Ivan grabs scarf)
Ivan: *SNIFFF* ....Haaaa.... Febreeze.
