Yup, that's right. This was drawn on the Fourth of July. While people were out lighting off fireworks and having cookouts......I was drawing. =__= Isn't my family thrilling.

Aaaaanyways, I decided to do some sketchdumps of my characters that I created, to kind of get a feel for them before I go on with my comic. And I wanted to practice drawing poses. This is the first of.....probably many. XD These are the two main characters; the girl's name is Shaka and the guy's name is Riyou. As you can see, they are buddies. <83 By the way, Riyou's hanging upside-down from a tree branch. I kept turning the picture upside-down and laughing hysterically at the swirlie-esque hair.

Look out, I'm planning on making......*gasp* CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEETS. I've always wanted to make one, but I've been too lazy. But everything about my charas will be explained there--well, as much as I can explain without spoiling any part of the story~

I left Riyou's hair see-through in the hug doodle because his expression was so ffffawwadorable.
