Paying the Rent — Description
Mr. Hump, the owner of a small run-down apartment house, rented mainly to students of the local UC college. Once a month, he made the rounds to collect the rent. Every time, he knew what was coming.

"But Mister Hump! No money! I'm just a poor poor student!"

Silence.

"Ok honey. Come down to my office. We'll settle this."
