This dress is so bright it hurts to look at. Made of neon yellow fabric and black and white zig zags. It has a very graphic look. The middle of the dress has corset laced up detailing with crystals. The back laces up like a corset and can fit many different bust sizes. It bells out at the bottom with the aid of a tutu. It has halter style straps to make wearing this dress more comfortable.
