You’re right regarding her faces color, which I wanted to reflect the physical effort required for her to keep her position.
However I’m not overly happy with the glossy shine on her face which came out too evenly and needs further adjustments.
 I’ll likely get to that after the second image.

I understand your sentiment and I can assure you, that this is not about some hanging or snuff fantasies.
Nobody’s getting hurt in my version of the backstory. 
It’s rather about a play of profound helplessness and trust.

I’m working on a second image showing a different perspective.
