Well, there it is. Terragen and some post editing with Photoshop 6. I used the same planet as with the photograph version. I know I said I was going to make a series but Terragen has gotten so freakin boring. Well, at least to me.Related content

The moon in the sky is gorgeous and the mist adds a certain touch you couldn't get with anything else.

A beautiful surreality you've created. The composition in general is pretty good, horizon uncentral, although, It will have been far more pleasant to locate the moon away from a centralised position, to the left - Should at least try it. ;/
And what a wonderous morning scene! With all that glaring sunlight, shining through the haze/fog, gives a warm & replenishing feel, A spectacular dawn.
I think it's a great manip, Not too over the top or 'unrealistic', a simple, Surreal and 'natural' scenic beauty. This would make a reasonable decorative picture, I'de definetely hang it on my wall. (That is, if I bought prints).

Thank you, kind person you. I'm still learning...with that said I think I should let you know that this wasn't a photomanip like 'divinity', but created digitally. Yup, it's all digital, no photo involved. I was left with the impression that you thought it was a photo, if you didn't oh well. Thanx again.

I know what you mean about terragen. I know I didn't get very good at it to begin with but I just got bored with it, even after downloading every single different add on I could. BTW this is a very nice render though, hats off to you man good job!!

yup, that's right. thanx. The original idea was to get it to looks as much as the original 'divinity'. But after like a 1000 tries I realized that the original had very little variation to the landscape. So I went with this. I hope it looks better.
