Another inktober piece that got the color treatment.Inktober 2014 #13 - Rei and Min (UK AU)
A parallel world's incarnations of Rei and Min. These gals live a pretty rough life, but they seem to be having fun. Seriously though, why use Midge as a footrest? Why doesn't she do something about that?

Long Time No see
There's so many things I love about this; be it the strong demeanor of the two, smirks beaming pure confidence, grungy yet casual styling (nice job with the inner Union Jack cami peekin beneath the layers for Min) which helps express both grace and edge going beyond gender norm, and oh yes your trademark healthy vibrance of your Art-style.
Especially I really like how smooth texture and colors help complement their physiques with strong earthen hues, and how the ripped stockings are "barely" containing Rei's wholesome legs, it's such masterful realization of all little things like these into a coherent package which makes your Art always a treat to enjoy and savor in terms of expressiveness and character. And parallel/Alternate interpretations are always awesome!

I've got a few AU-versions of the characters floating around. This is one of my favorite ones. There's a lot of backstory for these two. I really need more time to indulge in them all!
