This depends on so much. I think that part of the problem is people expecting the media to go find information for them. Go research the news on your own, or find a better news outlet than TV, and you'll be better informed. (One of the problems is that American news tends not to talk much about things that don't directly involve the US. I know BBC is good about getting real international news, and there must be other places that are good at that too. Also non-mainstream blogs.)
So... people only getting mainstream media messages is partly the media's fault, but if the person has an internet connection, it's also their own.

I used the MYP Comp assignment as my layout?! WHAT?!?! I'm insulted. GAH! I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE SITE AT THE TIME THAT WAS ASSIGNED AND THUS I INFLUENCED MY OUTSIDE NESS UPON THE MYP THING! And, what was your suggestion about buttons? I probly wasn't listening at the time... o_o
