I was trying to find the old lego mania magazine with the knights kingdom stuff. Sadly it was one of the few that wasn't up. I don't recall them expounding on Cedric's backstory like at all. Either that or it was lost on me being so young. But yeah, that was interesting stuff.

Cedric, Gilbert and Weezil have never had chocolate before cuz of the time period they're from. We all know Brickster likes pizza but i'm sure he likes chocolate too. Excepting to see Baron Von Baron here? Nope Rudo Villano is here instead cuz i've got a soft spot for him also if you go by Soccer/Football Mania's story mode Brickster seems to know Rudo. Cedric had to keep an eye on Weezil because of his gluttonous appetite as result of the boy being starved before Cedric found him and took him in

I know of the magazine you're talking about and the backstory they gave him in that is completely different to the one I told you about. It seems like Lego couldn't decide on his backstory. The magazine said that he used to be one of Leo's knights but got power hungry and betrayed Leo. The story I told you about him being a 13th prince was mentioned in Creator KKs manual and this KK storybook called Medieval Mischief and Mayhem. I still wanna say him being a prince is the canon one since it's used twice. They didn't ever show the kingdom Cedric came from or his 12 older brothers. I already wanna go with it's a cold Viking/Norse/Scandinavian based land since I feel Cedric looks a little viking looking with that bushy mustache and shaggy hair of his. Not to mention he is canologically strong as he's seen lifting a portcullis all on his on in one of Creator KK's cutscenes
