But I gotta go to work in like 5 minutes and I still gotta get ready, so.
You'll just have to wait til i'm back to learn what the deal is with him.

Okay i'm back, now I can tell you!!!
Alright. Matoskah was born a werewolf, but not a weredigo. In order to obtain the wendigo part, he had to do a "rite of passage", so to speak. So to do this, he was housed away from the rest of his group, and werewolves captured from an enemy pack were sent to him so he could eat them. This went on for a while, until eventually the rite was completed, and he was turned into a weredigo.
It took some time to get a grip on his insatiable hunger, and to re-learn how to keep his wits about him more or less. But nowadays he's in enough of his right mind to order his meals via the supernatural food delivery service. One or two is usually enough, since the wendigo hunger only kicks in for transformations.
The thing is though, since wendigo's are a result of prolonged CANNIBALISM, he doesn't eat human hearts and livers, he eats other werewolves. And not just part of them, but the whole body. Bones and all. But unless you've made yourself an enemy to him, he's not a threat to others just by transforming. Took some time to get stable enough to not hunt everyone, but it eventually worked.
So yeah! Basically, he eats other werewolves, bone and all, every full moon. And everytime he shifts forms, he needs to eat. More than Astoria needs to eat, since the wendigo part contributes it's appetite. But he's safe to be around when he's transformed, so long as you and him aren't enemies.

Okay well. He's gonna be found because he's weakly calling out for help.
His condition is bad - Still bleeding wounds around the new horns, legs looking mangled from the incomplete rejected transformation. The whites of his eyes red, cause a lot of blood vessels popped. And just... He's not doing well okay. Also has some damage to the pupil area of his eyes.
When bit by Ragdoll, he's basically going to start... rabid seizures? And then pass out until the next harvest moon. Which can just... be in a few days lmfao.
BUT! Afterwards, his glamour (which he'll def need), will have a tattoo of a stitched gash over his heart ( :3c ). It'll also make him look basically the same as he used to, EXCEPT his eyes. It'll look like he has faint cataracts? Both in and out of glamour, his eyes are going to be REALLY light sensitive. Basically, during the day he's effectively blind. But during the night he'll be able to see EXTREMELY well.
Mmm that's about it that I have worked out ahhh. It felt like a LOT in my head, but in writing it looks like such a tiny bit of details qAq
