saya selalu pakai prinsip,
foto bagus = 50% Skill , 30 % Post processing dan 20% gear..
jadi gear bukan segalanya :D (Big Grin)

hahaha masa sih mentok, saya udah otak-atik ps udah lebih dari 2 tahun ilmunya gak abis-abis itu..coba eksplor lagi aja, toolsnya mulai dari selective color, color balance, curve, photo filter, level, brightness/contrast, sama belajar masking...coba terus trial and success, makin sering makin bagus..saya sekarang kalau retouch foto bisa makan waktu 3 - 8jam sendiri, itu aja masih banyak banget variasinya :) (Smile)

:) (Smile) menurut saya butuh waktu emang semuanya, more practice are better, saya malah sangat jarang pakai dodge & burn dan lebih suka masking dengan brush.. aliran 80% jepret jadi juga baik ko.. pada prinsipnya yang masih saya pelajari dan coba explore lagi tahapannya adalah :

1. tentukan/inajinasikan dulu hasil akhirnya mau seperti apa, kalau perlu dibuat storyboardnya dulu (disini harus banyak-banyak lihat referensi photo-photo yang menurut anda baik)
2. eksekusi pada spot dan objek yang sesuai. perhatikan juga lighting dan waktu pemotretan, komposisi, dst.maksimalkan gear yang ada ( disini seharusnya dengan prinsip 50%-skill dan 20%-gear hasil secara garis besar sudah sesuai keinginan)
3.sempurnakan imajinasi/hasil akhir dengan photoshop (30%skill retouch berperan penting disini)

pada dasarnya bukan mana /apa tekhnik yang lebih efektif tapi mana yang paling bermanfaat dan sesuai dengan anda..
