I have no idea what's going on with me and being incredibly fast when working on longer comics like these, uuuh today it was a busy day and probably completed it in like... 4 hours? xD Maybe it's the lack of proper shading and rendering that makes everything so fast to work it xD Even if I must admit that quality wise it doesn't look as good as the older comic I did but despite this I had really an idea in mind and had to immediately work on it xD Plus I have to go to sleep FAST soo uuh had to speedrun that one xD
I already know that this one is going to flop badly since my comics are not as popular as my rendered regular art, but really wanted to do this one! ^^

Pff, the utter raw emotions in Monsieur Edgar's expression is just... heartbreaking, honestly >.<
I know he is responsible for a lot of bad things. Heck, for a very long time, I also was one of those who saw him as nothing but a beast that enjoyed the slaughter. And yet, as we stand here now, I feel like I owe him an apology somehow ;-;
It is often those that we believe are evil, are actually good at heart. It is just hidden, deep inside... behind a cage made up pure stone from a lunar origin :/
So, does he deserve the treatment? Of course not >.<

I mean, after all his character arc Is all about people seeing him like a Beast and then changing idea and questioning if he's actually One or not ^^ He did bad things but... He was basically forced to do them so he's pretty much in a gray area xD

and you did this in 4 hrs?!?1 ahh jealous. it looks so good. the placement. the line work and coloring! it flows well!! it also looks good and can only get better from here. i like these! they don't have to always be super high quality. i think it makes it more comic like too.

Not ironically I would absolutely categorize Lancelot as more insane than Edgar, and that says a lot xD And thank you so much!! Because I had so much fun drawing this!! Even if I am not so proud of the result xD

Wow, how do you manage to make such a well-made comic in 4 hours? I can only finish mine in a month and it still turns out bad :'( Could it be because I do it on my phone, with my fingers? About the lack of lighting and shadows, it wasn't necessary because the art style itself already has its own shadow system from what I could tell. Changing the subject, I noticed that you joined the comic group that I also participate in, welcome! :D

I know that If I used fingers It would literally take me years because I also have very very long nails to the point that even typing Is a pain xD Luckily a tablet and the fact that I didn't put any attention to It made the process of drawing this comic Page faster xD And yay! At least now I Also have a Place where I can post my comic Pages xD

Omg, I already love the wip of this one but seeing it in color it's just AMAZING! π€© The colors bring a whole new life to the expressions, perspective, and it adds more detail and depth to the background, making it all so beautiful to look at! I'm in love with this comic!! π The way we see Edgar shaking in the first panel is great and the intensity of his eyes in the third panel shows the effect of Lancelot words in such a way that it just makes you want to rush to his rescue. π Damn, this is so good! π I also love how through out the whole encounter Lancelot smile never waver, a perfect villain you love to hate. π

Omg, that reminds me I wanted to ask you what kind of voice do you imagine for some of your ocs? Like, if there was an actor or actress voice you could think of from let say a game or movie that would fit them who would it be? I'm just curious if there is anyone or not. XD Lancelot having an evil laugh made me think about it. XD

I actually had some voice claims and stuff like that!! But unfortunely lost the file when I changed laptops xD Hmmm thinking about it... Lancelot definitely would have a pretty deep voice but not like One of those stoic and serious ones if that makes sense xD The One that would have a Deep serious voice would be Edgar, maybe It could be a bit raspy too xD Surprisingly Cassandra would have a High pitched a bit annoying voice, and It doesn't help that She easily raises her voice xD

Aaaah I remember that I used to also write their voiceclaims in their old old old toyhouse profiles xD But I think that only two characters still have that format and are waiting for an update xD I Remember that I had to remove the voice claims because people would mistake the character name with the voice claim even if I don't know how that's possibile :'D

Omg, you did!!! π Just check out Priscilla profile on toyhouse and she has "Megan Hollingshead" as her voice claim, that's so cool! :> I know her and some of the characters who she has voice. Not sure how people mistaken the character name with that of the voice claim, but, maybe with your new format then wouldn't, it would be kinda cool if you could bring it back.
