A mystery wrapped in an enigma wrapped in duct tape, Jess is one of the stranger women encountered by the Cartel. Despite escaping repeatedly, defying all security measures old and new, Jess will return, often voluntarily, to captivity within the organisations walls. Unlike most of the other prisoners, she appears to be content with, if not outright enjoy the bondage she is subjected to. As well as being a talented escape artist, she is also a victim of repeated Stockholm Syndrome; however, this is not a disadvantage for Jess, as she often finds it more "fun" if she gets to tie up an attractive guard or two on her way out.
