The AtmosProbe RLSSC-12 was designed to be a robot that could manipulate the weather, but when it was infected with a Militech manufactured virus, it went out of control. It caused a lightning storm the likes of which none have ever seen i.huffpost.com/gadgets/slidesh… . A stray bolt of lightning hit the robot and caused an overload, making two things occur at the same time. The virus was altered and created a sentience program for the robot to act on its own accord and a lightning shaped hole was caused on its head, the only damaged part of him that can be seen as a vulnerable point. This robot can manipulate the weather, but its preferred use of power is to unleash massive amounts of lightning and absorb all electricity from surrounding buildings and devices.
