Small Soldiers - Maria Malice — Description

An OC I made for Small Soldiers, but this is in a fantasy setting where the Gorgonites and Commando Elites are real and not toys.
Maria Ramirez has always found conflict even from a young age when she would get into fights with bullies picking on kids weaker and smaller than themselves. She never liked bullies no matter what age she was. Having a father who was a military pilot made Maria consider heading into becoming a soldier. After basic training Maria was sent right into conflict where she fought the enemy and saved many injured comrades. Through years of military tours, Maria was forged into an absolute killing machine and this caught the eye of Chip Hazard who wanted her to be part of his expedition to an alien world.
When the Elites arrived on Gorgon via interplanetary gateway, Maria was all too happy to fight against the natives, especially when they threatened the lives of all Commando Elites and their Commando Clones, but as time went on, Maria started to see that this wasn't so much a war as it was a slaughter of the native species, soldier and civilian alike as well as theft or destruction of the planet's resources. Maria's breaking point was the assault on the Naglima Temple where the snake-like people worshipped their Goddesses. The Commandos took the fight to the Naglima city and no one was spared from the carnage, not even civilians. Many fled to the temple for protection, but every available Commando Aerial Vehicle was commanded to fire on the temple. Maria and her pilot/father, Joe, didn't feel right doing this a retreated. After the battle, Chip Hazard chewed out Maria and Joe for their actions and would've thrown them in the stockades if it wasn't for their effectiveness in combat and traversal. Not wanting to be part of this anymore, the father and daughter made their way to a CAV and tried to fly away from the Commando Base, but they were chased and shot down with Maria barely making it out of the wreckage, but Joe wasn't as lucky and died in the crash. Maria had no choice but to leave him behind and run as Commando Clones would chase after this traitor and execute her. The gunfight between Maria and the clones would draw the attention of Archer's Tribe and they'd be confused as to why Commandos would fight each other and they decided to help out the lone Commando against the larger group. Emerging victorious, Maria was taken prisoner by the Gorgonites and asked why she would fight against her own. After explaining her story and the loss of her father, The Gorgonites put it to a vote on if she should remain imprisoned or be set free . A majority vote gave Maria her freedom and instead of running off, she wanted to remain and use her skills as a soldier to help the Tribe fight back against her former faction. Maria definitely has the skills to fight and survive, but Archer will show her a hidden side to Gorgon that she never would've seen before.
Additonal info
1) Maria can speak English, Spanish, and French.
2) Maria never liked the idea of the Commando Clones and so contributed no DNA to the Cloning Machine, meaning that there are no clones of her like many of her Commando comrades have. Maria gets extremely pissed off when the Commandos use Joe's DNA to create Blanks, clones that lack any sort of emotion or personality and are only made for obedience in the tasks they are given.
