Gamer - Monarch — Description
The butterfly themed enemy of Gamer.

Monarch used to be a high end entertainment animatronic until she was upgraded with new parts and AI software that made her more selfaware than the programmers thought she would be. Monarch used her plasma wings to escape the "sideshow prison" she was stuck in and go out into the world. Unfortunately she power source was damaged in her escape so she has to absorb massive amounts of electricity to stay functional. This has caused cities to go days without power and run rampant in crime and chaos. This especially has drawn the attention of Gamer who has to stop this energy vampire before she causes the whole world to go dark.
