Here I am with another reference sheet. Here we have my OC Waheela Laelaps - a weird name, that I already explained in the first drawing of her but that I'll copy paste here.

The Waheela is the name of a gigantic wolf-like beast that has inhabited Indian legends from this area for a very long time. It is described as being like a wolf, but much larger and with a heavier build. It is attributed with supernatural powers, and it is said to be responsible for the many mysterious deaths that have occurred in Nahanni Valley, also known as "Headless Valley" because the people who died here mysteriously all had missing heads. Laelaps was a female Greek mythological dog who never failed to catch what she was hunting. (source )

And about the doggie... I'll baptize this barghest with the not-original name of Scarred.

I already wrote some infos about the uniform on the comment of the ref sheet of her colleague - that you can find here -, so I haven't further things to write here. Just... as you can see, the tribal wolf-head tattoo is the same for both the characters (here it's a little smaller for obvious reasons). This is why is not an a aesthetic quirk, but a mandatory thing for the members of this army - like, an eternal commitment.
