Description
This started a long time ago as an idea someone placed in my mind ala Inception. It was an idea for a reverse ying-yang with mermaids. It sat in my head for a long time until I finally created it. Of all my Painter attempts I think one turned out the best. There are still things I'd change, but a lot less than any other ones.
