All Human Beings are Born Free... — Description

“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”

While fleshing out my third conlang for The Gates of Dawn , Qâmâbullu, I decided to translate this passage from Article 1 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (which is also the most widely translated document in history.)

This text is read from bottom to top, starting in the bottom right corner. In the latin alphabet it reads thus:

'Ukidi zabuthôwôshofo chahaqu mâbobo bemeshelli kozhan. Dlade welelli lelezhuti 'aba lelepangu kozhang, 'aba chagufôyofo vatubemeshollo jixûghûra kozhaqilliwi.
