The Fallen One — Description
A new character that was inspired by a song.

He is a fallen angel, cause of his death is from suicide hence the mark on his neck.
The reason he became a fallen angel is unknown. He dislikes being "dead" so he tries blending in among the living.
His halo floats somewhat but always falls onto his head, and his wings are torn and decayed. He can make both of them appear and disappear at will whenever he likes, when they appear everyone can see them living or not. He cannot fly with his wings but he can glide somewhat, since they are torn and rotten they cannot keep him in the air for long periods of time. Even though he is no longer alive he can still somehow catch colds and sense things just like any other living person.
He talks with a very soft and quiet voice because of how he died. Sometimes it may be very hard to hear him.
His eyes are lightly colored and almost looks like he could be blind, his vision is not the best but yet he can somehow know what his surroundings are and can manage to somehow "see". Though sometimes he bumps and knocks into things anyways or trips and falls over things. He's often tired and lazy and doesn't have much energy for doing tasks.
He can also sense things before they happen or sense things far away. He also gets easily cold and is often seen wearing or under some kind of blanket. The cause of his suicidal act was due to an aftermath of a war destroying and killing off most of his town's supplies and resources, the long painful days of not having proper food or water and being the only one of his family to have survived that long had finally got to him and drove him into a state of wanting to escape.
