Doubt... — Description
so i wanted to do another fan art for a while and i was in a breath of the wild mood, so i decided to do a fan art based on one of the memories from the game. this one illustrates memory 13 when zelda is at the spring of power trying to awaken her powers. i wanted to try to portray that struggle and frustrations of zelda from this memory and this is the point when zelda is hunched over frustrated and link looking over his shoulder.

i really had fun doing this piece. my main focus was getting the colors right to create the night time scene and working with moonlighting to create that night time effect. i went back and forth using an overlay of blues and some teal. i also wanted to work on imputing the background as well, since i know i need more practice on adding background in my illustrations. it is probably why i chose to do a fan art based on this memory, because of not just the color and light, but because the environment from this memory. also this location is very pretty . i used the dense watercolor brush tool to include the details and the soothing watercolor blend brush to soften some of the harsh strokes. i've realized the platform that link was standing on was blending too much to the background, so i've added some silent princess to separate them.
