Irish Racing Green — Description
Few cars have the ability to capture the imagination as well as put a smile on the face of both the driver and the spectator than the Mini. In all its forms, it's just a fun car. There's nothing like seeing one take a tight hairpin turn on three wheels at high speed, it's a wonder to behold.

This illustration is based on one that I took photos of at the 2007 Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix in Highland Park. The Irish Racing Green paint scheme is something I've had in the back of my head since I saw a Mini racing for the first time when I was a kid at a SCCA event in Harmarville, Pa back in 1974. There was a blue Mini with a Union Jack painted on the roof and I thought wouldn't it be cool to do an Irish version, so here it is!
