..9 oc - .82 .. — Description
EDIT: changed number to decimal form

BEFORE YOU FLAME ME, I DIDN'T INTEND FOR HIM TO LOOK SO MUCH LIKE 5 AND EVEN HAVE THE SAME NUMBER

okay funny story, you see I originally wanted to name him 82 or 56, so I saw those numbers were taken and to be considerate I thought of some numbers different from those. So I thought 58 was a safe choice so I picked it until I noticed that last minute some had a character named it, so I was like "FUCK THIS!!"
-SMACK A DECIMAL IN BETWEEN NUMBERS-
So yup...

(and as for the same eye patch as 5, I happen to like eye patches A LOT so I gave him one, not trying to copy 5 I promise, he is actually very different from him, they are not brothers, etc. in fact 5.8 is not related to 5 at all....besides same number practically OTL )

will change number later >__>"

Some info now~

(tried to keep his design some what clean =3=" )

Name: .82 (for now, will change later)
Gender: male
Weapon: a blade from a blender/ food processor
[uses it like a boomerang or throwing disk = VERY SHARP ]

Role: "To Change Us"
In a way sort of like "purify" all sins from creature's behavior. To learn to accept others for their disabilities and look at things with an open heart. (all that good stuff)

Personality: rather stoic and quiet, but a very caring individual when you get to know him. Also very smart and good at behavior and how things work, personalities, machines, etc. It is impossible for him to hate anyone or anything, he always finds a reason to why thinks act out and such. So he can not LIKE you but he can't HATE you (lol) he is pretty much the kind of idiot that thinks you can solve problems with a hug pretty much

Extra info: Due to the fact he was no voice box/ vocals he can not talk. He can still hear and see just fine, which people often yell at him thinking he is deaf. Which is what the wings on his head are used for they work as antennas and transmit his thoughts and phrases into the person's mind he chooses. So he is like talking in your mind, like some psychic communication.
He doesn't communicate psychically for everyone (since it takes a lot of work for him) he pretty much has to like you a lot in order for that communication otherwise he uses sign language, facial expressions and writing to communicate.
