Half an hour and a full report,
The diagnosis was worse than I thought.
A mere scratch, but it shall serve,
Finally waking up, getting what I deserve.

Lived so long thinking I was immortal,
Now I’ll find out if there’s a heavenly portal.
Alive but two decades, now I’m meeting my end,
No one to say goodbye to, no letters to send.

Finally come to the end of my warranty,
Can’t run away this time, can’t deny that I’m me.
So many things I want to do,
Now I’m almost gone I’ve got to see them through.

I’m going to play one last time at the Royal Albert Hall,
Tell my old friends that I love them all,
Kiss my first love one last time,
Let my ex-boyfriend know that I’m glad he’s doing fine.

Give my soul mate all my possessions,
Tell my best friend that I didn’t hate his obsessions,
Wish that my life didn’t revolve around my parents lie,
And finally I’ll sit down, scared, lonely and silently cry.
