Firemans wrath example — Description

Basically a visual reference on how the WRATH ATTACK works.
I ts hard to animate it in a Gif, but the idea is,When he slams his arms on the ground he Bomb-Bards you with a barrage of fire storms, ground fires and or maybe a desperation attack.
For hard core players only playing on hard mode.
Its up to you on how you want to interpret this, but I at least showed the base of it.
