Adhesion man concept. — Description

I kind've forgot I had this thing in the works but gave for now for some time. IDK.
For those that don't know, I did enter the robot master contest, but never made it past the first results. Typically I got buried under a lot of submissions, and probably got over looked. I'll never know, but heres the submission:
As for his backstory, not really much. If he was a willy number he would be a snarky stereo type compared to quick mans personality if you read the archie comics, except he sucks up water or any type of liquid, and his sprayer hurts like a laser.
Although If he wasn't a willy number, his backstory is kind've semi tragic. The story goes he's originally designed to be a rescue robot that handles flood disasters by sucking up flood water, and cleaning up muddy areas using a chemical that dissolves mud or something. He was also developed by another robotics company not seen in the games or comics, that puts there efforts in saving human life.
He was also nicknamed Dare devil Johnny, with his high spirited attitude of running head first into danger with a lack of planning, and had admiration to megaman due to the events of megaman 1 and 2.
Sometime around the events of megaman 3, he was doing his job to rescue as many lives as he can, but wound getting dragged away in massive flood disaster, and getting buried alive in mass of debris. Johny was presumed to have died that day, but was recover by willy sometime before the events of mega man 4, and was later repaired to be willy robot master. His ic chip has been destroyed in the disaster, but after facing mega man for the first time, ghosts of the past A ghost in the machine began to manifest, and he started questioning his identity.
His attack pattern would could consider around sucking up water and using like some form of ammunition. Almost like MM8 aqua man, but much different. He could also suck you in to grab you, and slam you to the grand hard, giving out a tone damage. I guess if he had a desperation attack, it would have something to do with a flood, but I can't visualize what it looks like at this time.
Well ether way, I didn't even make it to the finals in the contest, but I guess I could at least make a sheet of this guy further down the line if anyone is interested in the design an character.
