Description
Alright everyone, grab a seat.Lets talk about characters.
Shoyu Fisherman is a good example of climbing the tiers of character development. He is obviously not mine but he is a victim of my curious thought nontheless. Here I get a perverted young boy, with a passion for illegal robotics, no support from his parents, a RUNAWAY, winds up learning from ZERO, then he voluntarily turns against him and starts helping the resistance; and as it trails into my story, winds up in illegal and inhumane android fighting in league with the support of TORMAIN afterwards.
I just ask myself... What the hell kind of kid would it take to do the things he's done? What kind of person is he really?
I wind up with a boy who's smarter than he lets on, but still confused. His age(late teens) gives him a creative youthful edge to his passion, but given his circumstances of growth and seclusion into it, its no surprise if he started harbouring other feelings for his craft, no doubt sexual. As a teenager those body changes have to happen somehow. It explains his flighty perversion for comedic purposes but its really easy to delve it into fetishistic when nobody's looking.
He's a smart boy who's influence is at the mercy of two twisted, great minds and surrounded by lawlessness.
Given the things he's been involved with its hard to ignore his ability to adapt and thrive in any situation, I feel if he took his experiences and kept growing when them, I can't-not imagine him shaping up to be a mighty fine character in his own right, perhaps a fancy “Dr. Fisherman” Name tag is in the future, but for now he still serves secondary purposes.
Either way he's at a point where he can't-not be involved. I am pleased to welcome my own Shoyu Fisherman into my story and I look forward to working on him.
Cya in the pits one day, boy.
