Description
TK rolled back to her feet with a muffled grunt, staggering a little to catch her balance without the use of her arms - and with the weight of fatigue which crept through her body. That was not an encouraging sign, especially when combined with the fact that Xavier was already back on his feet, a hair quicker than TK herself, even after being kicked of into the wall by the formerly-downed tigress-warrior. He was wearing her down.Nonetheless, TK drew herself up into a proud, fierce, fighting stance, arms bound behind her and right ankle trailing the length of rope with which the kidnapper-villain had just been trying to bind her feet. Her eyes blazed with emerald fire and she let a stifled-but-not-dulled growl of threat roll at the back of her throat. The brave tiger-girl struck a valiant, defiant figure...the very embodiment without of the determined, unflagging spirit which burned within.
Xavier was far more amused than impressed by this, it seemed. "Oh, TK...much as I enjoy this chance for a worthwhile workout, aren't you getting weary of this? We both know how this is going to end. Even with the insistence of my client that you not be drugged prior to delivery. Don't you think it would be better to just give up and save yourself the energy and effort? Just surrender..."
"Nvvrgh..." she muffled, tail lashing and head tossing fiercely. TK had been in the underdog spot since the villain's latest invasion-ambush had begun, and bit-by-bit she'd been losing ground; breath and voice stifled away by the tape which Xavier has plastered over her lips, then her wrists and soon her elbows linked by ropes which were not as masterfully-tied as Xavier's usual bonds...but which weren't intended to be. Only to help defeat her in this opening round, to ensure the dauntless tiger-girl's capture, in the end. But for all of that, the courageous young heroine hadn't given the fiend an inch - the wreckage of her living-room-turned-battlefield standing as mute testimony to that fact. If she hadn't given up before...TK certainly wasn't about to now.
Xavier's grin deepened at her gallant declaration, as he pulled another length of that seemingly-endless rope from behind his back and stretched it taut between his hands. Not for the first time, TK wondered where he was getting it all, where he was pulling it from...but the question, as it always did, flew straight out of her head as unimportant in comparison to the more urgent demands of the moment. She chambered herself for a charging kick, which she hoped to launch against her cold-hearted foe before he could make the first move in this latest leg of their seemingly endless battle...

This is a prize-commission for Vividdreamer2987 , who was the second-place winner in the "Bounty on TK" contest. She asked for a fight scene between TK and her villain-character, Xavier - and left the specifics undefined, so I thought this might make for a nice snapshot from one of their battles.
