^u^
I think your childhood memories are safe. And let's stick with that. It's not like he destroyed previous tmnt movies etc. Fortunately, we can still enjoy them!
But you're right. The newest TMNT movie... wasn't actually about turtles in my opinion. I'm not going to mention all the flaws because it's pointless and we both are well aware of those flaws. It's just that it lacks that turtle power feeling. When I was sitting in the movie theater I felt exactly like that.
But let's be optimistic.

Oh, my. Thank you so much! I'm kinda surprised that you recognized my style. And I'm so glad you came to check my work here, so I could read your incredibly nice comment. I really appreciate it. Thanks

Thank you so much! I'm overjoyed that you noticed an improvement. I can't look at my old drawings now
You don't know how wide I'm smiling right now, thank you!

Donnie looks genuinely intimidating in this. And considering I normally think he's f-ing adorable, that is quite a feat! Well done!
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
He's adorable either way...in my opinion. Thank you very much!
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Yeah, he really is too adorable for his own good.

wow love the green and dark toning it brings out the tension in the air plus green represents greed and envy which nicely shows donnies protectivnes of april. i don't know if that was your intention but it works well
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Green represents also hope. But, yes. Colors are very important to me. They are never meaningless and it takes me forever to choose the appropriate coloring. My dog just farted sooo loud, why am I typing it..? Have to run. Fast.
Thank you!
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
and it represents love as well. it's nice to hear you put deep thought into them.
haha what lol. oh i know what you mean ...dog farts are nasty XD
no problem

Good. Just how I like it
👍: 0 ⏩: 0
Yeah, she's like: "I can handle it, Donnie. Just step aside".
👍: 0 ⏩: 0
I love how you've made Donnie's expression so angry. I can totally see him saying "Leave...her...alone." I also love the tiny details you've put into the picture--Donnie's strap having some nicks in it, April's shirt and hair being in disarray, etc. This is a *good* piece. It is so nice to see how much you've improved, just from the beginning of the year!! I hope you're liking your tablet!
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Thank you so much. Yes, I adore my tablet! I'm still getting used to it, though. Oh my, it's so nice to hear...see such kind and motivating words. You don't even know how happy I am to know that someone noticed an improvement. I always try to do my best
