My wonderful girlfriend found the Tween-function in Imageready, and taught me how to use it!Tweening, most popular in Flash, calculates the difference between 2 frames and adds additional frames to smooth the transition between them. I was afraid that it would be antialised, but it treats pixels with utmost respect!
I can't stress this enough, there are too few animated Windows 95 icons.
