Windstill — Description
Someone sent me a picture of their Sunday outing a few weeks ago, and I really loved the colours and feel of it and decided to draw it. The original image was much bigger (there were three bikes) but I decided to take just my favorite elements of it and work more on the composition instead of referencing it exactly. It was also great practice for drawing environments...the background is still a bit unsure in some places.

The title, "Windstill" is a German word that means the wind has died down. I thought this had a really quiet, calm feel to it, and wanted a title that fit.
