History:
He was raised in an orphanage, where he spent his first 15 years rotting away, no one wanted him, or so he thought. He was originally supposed to get adopted to a couple at the age of 5 but something happened and it never happened. When he was 15 he was kicked out as the orphanage claimed he was 18 and was forced to live on the streets where he joined a gang and met his pokemon. Now hes a well known criminal in the underground, you go to him if youre looking for special pokemon

Pokemon:
-Cherish: A female naughty Flying fox noibat that Quetz found when he was 13, he was still living in the orphanage so he had to hide her from everyone as he took care of her, one day one of the other kids there tried to attack him and Cherish jumped out in front and got her eye scarred

-Mika: A female serious Noibat Mimikyu that Quetz found after he got kicked out, she was injured and he promised to take care of her, and theyve been friends since, she also likes to follow cherish around</b></b>
