I wanted to draw Nami a ref, and not only redraw her but character study a wolf.
thank you to , (she has a paw-ref. Go check it out! and hands.) and many other awesome wolven artists whom I studied closely to develope my own improved wolven style.

I've chosen to make Nami into an arctic wolf. Honshu's are gorgeous wolves and it is to bad what has happened to them and their cousin species the Hokkaido wolf. But I'm Canadian and so is Nami as she is me, and my inner spirit. She's an arctic because I'm of the arctic bwuahaha -canadian-.

I loved drawing the paws, I wanted to chop them off after a while of fighting but after a tea and pee break I got them down. Her build is all based off me, poor thing is a short ass just like her human. ;O;.
