It's about drawing ponies in Halloween costumes, so... Here's a Vampire Rarity! And not the vampire like Flutterbat, that's a wild vampire. I wanted to go more classy and elegant with the idea of vampires, and who's better for it than Rarity?
This took me way too long to draw... Ah, whatever, it looks cool, so it was WORTH IT!
