Personality: Work without play, that's the way to live. Joesph can't put down an unfinished assignment without suffering from anxiety of all the possible negativity that could come with waiting till tomorrow. He was made to help others keep organized and happy in life which keeps him motivated to continue his job as Ondine's banker. Joesph never slows down and can be a little clumsy from time to time due to lack of sleep at such a speed. The Jirachi is known for taking on more than he can handle and also for one of the cleanest houses around; let it be known he labels everything. Besides this, Joesph, though serious, can be also kind-hearted and a caring individual so long as you stay on his good side.

History: Joesph's life before Ondine is almost non-existent due to the fact he can't recall pass the moment his comet crashed into Ondine's soil. It took months, nearly a year, for the Jirachi to settle into the Ondine atmosphere and basic conversation skills. However from there life only got better. With proper teaching he learned of his love for Math and eventually applied for a small job at the local bank back when he was still young. As time moved on, people recognized his skill of working with other's and accounting Joesph was eventually raised to head banker of Ondine's local bank. Now a days this is the only place you'll likely find him as he waits patiently to handle more accounts and provide relief for everyone.

- Joesph, being the organized man he his, MUST wear clothes that are either contrasting colors or lighter/darker colors of a base color.
- Oh yeah and he only wears shirts.
- He can grant wishes but good luck on convincing him it's life or death here.
- Joesph is rather embarrassed by his middle eye and rarely uncovers it
- Though Jirachi is genderless Joesph has only been remarked as a boy/he his whole life and has no thought he is anything otherwise.
- He almost never touches the ground unless in a deep slumber.
