Save him... — Description
After rewaching the Viking scene of SOK, I thought about what would have happened if Aidan or Brendan did get killed during the attack... So I drew Brendan's death.

Perhaps Brendan tried to snatch back the book from the Viking leader, Harald Red-Tooth. But Harald caught Brendan and slashed him open with his sword, while Aidan was held back by Harald's minions. Soon Aisling had caught the scent of blood in the air attacked the Vikings. However Aisling's fears were true, once the Vikings were reduced to a pile of blood stained metal she found Aidan crying over Brendan's lifeless body. The old monk stared at the white wolf desperately wishing for some form of help.
Aisling brought the two of them onto her back and lead them to her lair. She placed Brendan's broken body into a vas of glowing light to revive it. Wolves guarded the entrance to the cave, preventing Aidan to go any further.
Now all her could do was wait...
