Description Hope this helps!

Here are some GIFs of the steps to make them easier to see: sta.sh/220fj736euzw

Though this is not my personal favorite, I chose what thought was the easiest method for creating a lovely digital illustration! I do use several other techniques however they are for more complicated and they yield similar results. Perhaps in the future I'll cover my digital painting and single layer, no multiply, coloring styles ; v ;

If you're curious of the difference:

Painting Style - Multiply Style: (this tutorial) - My Preferred Style:

If there are any further questions I will do my best to answer them and create a FAQ!

Much thanks for creating this great tutorial~! owo/

Though in Step 3 (Shading using Multiply Layers), "Second Step" has a mistake - "...lighten up the shadowed area, taking CAR not to...". ^-^"

Thanks again for this tutorial~! La la la la

ah, this is really helpful.
I tend to have trouble with coloring, especially with shading digitally.

I rlly like how you use broad lineart. It looks like it pops out more.
one stroke lineart is kinda hard for me
and the eyes rlly show out more too

THANK YOU. I'm currently trying out a more painter-ish style, but it's so hard... So I'll use something like this. :3

I have 2 questions:
1. How do you apply the solid brown color on your lineart and how long does it take you to do it?
2. Will you ever consider doing a clothing tutorial in your style?
Not really a question, but in the Final Step you spelled nose 'noce'...

1. 2 seconds, just roughly color under the line art
2. this is my style ; v ; ?

Ah, so you color clothing in the same way you do in this tutorial? How did you learn to draw clothing?
and 2 seconds? girl it takes me 30 minutes to lay down a base color for all my colors to go on top of!
