I was scared and alone,
She stayed with me when
I struggled to breathe
Willing me to be well again
She is the one whose courage
I admire so deeply
Always reminding me I can
Achieve anything,
I set my mind to...
She is the strength when
Weakness overcomes us
She is a wonderful human being
Always giving love...
She is the person i'm blessed
to call "Mum"....
wrote this poem a few years ago for my mum
