Happy Valentines Day!OK I'm just kidding here, this isn't my Valentines Day pic, I got one planned but it's going to be late.
The "Adventures" version of Dr. Robotnik. This version originally designed by Milton Knight, similar designs would continue to appear on other Sonic cartoons, comics, merchandise, and in the video game "Dr. Robotnik's Bean Machine". Why this design is so different from the games is unkown, but I'm geussing they did it so that he would look more humorous to (to be honest the game design didn't allow itself for much exaggeration).
