Rarity picked out the outfit for her a day before going out, and surprisingly Dash enjoyed the dress.
She thought the black dress and blue belt were mysterious and cool.

Even though the white unicorn wanted her to get her hair done, the blue pegasus said no.
She liked her hair the way it was.

"Why not darling? Your hair is rather messy right now."
"And what if I LIKE my hair messy Rares?"

Other mares and colts don't go out with messy hair in Manehattan! Their hair is always styled and very neat, I doubt you want to go out there with your hair looking like... that."

"They're our friends darling, they're used to your hair being messy due to the stunts you pull. But Manehattan folk will look you up and down just for having a hair out of place."
"There's a near salon we can go t-"
