trying to make sexist remarks is an undesirable trait, and if u make them irl and you're single... hopefully you know why. Also, boobs are attractive to most males, some guys go for smaller ones, others bigger.
Just throwing it out there tho, something like 85% of all sexual attraction starts with physical attraction I.E. appearance. Much like how girls generally tend to avoid or ignore "well natured" geeks, and go for "macho built" guys, or the most popular counter stereotype, Rich.

So to answer your 'wonder' most of the time, if the guy and girl aren't anime-clad "childhood friends," Boobs first, personalities second.
Also, if a girl is a total bitch, but her chest is nice, a one night stand, or a type of "just dating her for sex" relationship happens.

TL;DR Girls who stereotype aren't attractive. Girls do it too, first impressions are on things you see and notice- boobs > feelings & personality
