Well, I find myself wondering how she'd dress for work. Perhaps she works in an office, and she'd go with some cute-but-professional semi-rimless cat-eye frames...

And perhaps, being a bit self-conscious of her extreme myopia and massively thick glasses, she'd dress a bit sexier than the average office worker...

She might also periodically casually remove her glasses to playfully flirt with a coworker she's had her eye on - the casualness of the move intended to downplay her extreme dependence on the heavy lenses...

Thank you so much, I'm glad you like my work!

I create my renders using phyiscally accurate optical simulation of the lenses, so the thickness of the lenses is also physically accurate!
Of course, I do make some choices that make the lenses thicker than they'd strictly need to be. Here, I used a lens material with an index of refraction of 1.74, and made the lenses have a spherical profile. With higher index aspheric lenses, they could be a bit thinner.

I agree she would look stunning with her prescription in a semi-rimless frame like the one you illustrate. But I insist she still wears her hearing aids. They add considerably to her sex appeal and utter gorgeousness

I'm afraid that her vision is far from perfect. It must be highly distorted, especially at the edges of the lenses.

She has just got new hearing aids which she is so pleased with she wants to show them off and she is wondering which she needs most - her glasses or her hearing aids. She decides she is utterly dependent on both And her girl-friend thinks she is even sexier looking when she shows off her hearing aids so they agree she will always wear her hair up to expose her hearing aids.
