Kamen Rider De-Last - Conclude Form — Description

Final Kamen Ride:
DE-LAST!
CONCLUSION FINAL
―Transformation announcement
The first and failed Decadriver project. A broken transformation gear that was casted away into the void by Dai-Shocker. Became sentient and given life by the singularities in the void. Kamen Rider De-Last was born, and It hate it. Knowing that its existence is something that is unwanted.
Filled with rage and hatred, De-Last vow to bring destruction upon it source of wicked creation ; the Kamen Riders, along with Dai-Shocker, and everything ties to it including humanity itself. In order to free Itself from its own cursed existence.
Kamen Rider De-Last is a savage. It doesn't have a host and does not need any host to bear its power. It cannot talk and never had any proper interaction with anything indiscriminately. The moment It saw someone or something, De-Last will make sure that will be their last encounter. It is brute, ferocious, and ruthless, but also scheming and manipulative with a genius-level intellect. Trapping and Killing its target then stole their power.
And now after relentlessly hunting Kamen Riders, Dark Riders and Kaijins from various dimension, stealing their powers in the process, Kamen Rider De-Last has attain it most perfect form : Kamen Rider De-Last Conclude.
Abilities
Dimension Master
De-Last can travel to different dimension via Aurora Curtains, including parallel worlds without any side effects. It also could control dimension, unify the worlds of all Kamen Riders in order to destroy them.
Time Ruler
Granted by the singularities, De-Last could control time and is unaffected by time itself.
True Rider Existence
There can be only one De-Last in all multiverse. And it cannot be affected by anything that would alter it existence by any means. However, De-Last could be damaged, but only by Kamen Rider's attack.
Advanced Psychokinesis
De-Last could move objects with Its mind, manipulate matter at a molecular level, or even affect the fabric of reality.
Legend Riders' Powers
Due to its own origin as the abandoned alpha version of Decadriver, De-Last also possess the power of Riders from Ichigo to Kiva inform of its own Ridecard.
De-Last Ride Cards
Kamen Rider De-Last could use the power of those whose power It stole and turn it into Its own Ride Cards. Either it Kamen Rider, or monster. Even better, De-Last could also use the Ride Cards to summon them as Its servant.
Weaknesses
Kamen Rider De-Last exists because Kamen Rider and their villain exist. The fewer the Kamen Riders, Dark Riders, and Kaijin that exist, the weaker It becomes. De-Last's ambition to obliterate all Kamen Riders is basically its own way to erase itself from existence. A suicide mission.

Kamen Rider De-Last is not something that's supposed to exist, and It knows it very well. It does not want to exist. The problem is, It will exist as long as Kamen Rider and their influence exist. So the only solution to erase Itself from existence is to find a Kamen Rider strong enough to defeat it or destroy every world of Kamen Rider from every single multiverse.

With this, De-Last is now complete. Time to move to another project. So, Enjoy~
