Derpy has invented a whole new type of skiing - downhill backwards! I could see myself doing that if I went skiing... right before I 180º and face-plant. I'm so athletic.
Much as I love all her colors, I tend to have a tough time getting Rainbow's tail to look good and hold all 6 colors. I really like how you layered/sectioned off their manes; they feel so full. Speaking of Rainbow and colors, I wonder who gave her that scarf...
The feeling of speed is really nice here, and the brush strokes do a great job of emphasizing that. Another wonderful piece, friend! ^^

Same here. Then again I've seen snow like 3 times in my life. I'll just stay inside and draw...
Darn it Dash. Why you got have all these wonderful colors that we artists can easily mess up?
Hehe you caught my subtle sisterly scootalove! Nice eye. I love connecting the characters with their apparel.
The bristly brush was a big help in this! Motion blur is your savior sometimes. Don't have to draw all the details in the trees and stuff.

Sisterly Scootalove is glorious! ^^ Implementing it through apparel is a fun idea.
I really like how that sense of motion turned out. Blur is a great *cheat to have.

Why thank you! That's actually the reason for it looking so soft. I want the lines to sort of blend colors with the fill so I put it all on one layer like I was painting it for real.
