Creating Colour — Description

Colour doesn't actually exist, only light within a spectrum, the eye receives light, the brain sorts it into a category of spectrum, but its 'you' who create the colours.
Is grass green because nature made it that way, or is it green because early man, apon becoming sentient decided it was, in order to understand reality as they perceived it, and you simply inherited that.
