Woah, this is orgasmic :B The shading and highlights on his skin are awesome <3 And Ive probably seen this kind of pics (the underwater theme) hundreds of times, but you did it amazingly well.

I use sketchbook paper and to get the effect all i do is color over the base color
like i colored cokes penis then koze 
like here i colored the red then went over it with the blues and black
