Your art is just beautiful, the colours, designs, STRIPES! XD keep up the fantastic work, sorry to hear that people are stealing your art, however I don't blame them; you have genuinely wonderful ideas for character designs and over all a nack for anatomy.
If I were you I would watermark your art, it may be nucience to look at but it works, also copyright your designs so that people don't just take the art but the designs as well.
